The aim of our office is to provide our clients with complete administration services. In addition to the accounting, tax and financial advisory services, our office also offers legal assistance in the commercial and labour law. Within the bookkeeping services, we revise our clients’ business contracts, whereby eliminating the risks of potential lawsuits, administrative proceedings and/or future tax liabilities. Legal services are provided by the law oficce BK PARTNERS.
Legal and lawyer’s services
We offer our clients the following services:
- drawing up or revising business contracts and legal documents,
- drawing up or revising work documents – employment contracts and internal regulations,
- assistance in making changes in entries in the Commercial Register and notarial records,
- representing the client by a lawyer in administrative or court proceedings,
- ubtaining permits necessary for doing business (e.g., company registered office, trade licence, so-called Euro-licence, permit for employment agencies to assign labour force, etc.),
- recovery of receivables,
- establishing trading companies and other legal entities (associations, foundations),
- assistance in mergers and acquisitions or in winding up trading companies,
- assistance in insolvency proceedings or restructuring projects,
- insurance mediation through our cooperating insurance broker.
