Setting up a business

- training of internal accountants.

Private persons
Even if you don’t run any business, you may incur a duty to file a tax return (for instance, you have more employers, you buy a real estate, let a flat, or have an income from abroad). When providing services to private clients, the confidentiality of a tax advisor or lawyer is obviously a matter of law.
Entrepreneur – natural person (sole trader)
Our office also focuses on natural persons doing business (self-employed persons). We are ready to take over the administrative burden consisting in:
- tax record-keeping,
- representation in negotiations with the Revenue Authority, health insurance companies and Czech Social Security Administration (CSSA),
- filling and submitting all tax returns and tax reports,
- filling reports submitted by self-employed persons to health insurance companies and CSSA,
- running the complete wages administration.
Non-profit organizations
Bookkeeping in non-profit organizations (associations, foundations and endowment funds, institutions and other non-governmental organizations) and the calculation of their tax liabilities differ from those of the regular entrepreneurs in certain aspects. We are ready to share our experience in the non-profit sector with you in the following areas:
