Setting up a business

We assist entrepreneurs-beginners in:

  • deciding as to which legal form to choose (whether to do business as a legal entity or a natural person),
  • establishing new trading companies,
  • registrations and obtaining permits (registration at the Revenue Authority, health insurance companies, Czech Social Security Administration, registration of medical establishments, provision of Euro-licences for international transport, licence to establish an employment agency, etc.),
  • elaboration of internal directives, business and employment contract specimens,
  • decision-making in accounting system selection,
  • making a decision as to which administrative services to outsource,
  • training of internal accountants.

Private persons

Even if you don’t run any business, you may incur a duty to file a tax return (for instance, you have more employers, you buy a real estate, let a flat, or have an income from abroad). When providing services to private clients, the confidentiality of a tax advisor or lawyer is obviously a matter of law.

Entrepreneur – natural person (sole trader)

Our office also focuses on natural persons doing business (self-employed persons). We are ready to take over the administrative burden consisting in:

  • tax record-keeping,
  • representation in negotiations with the Revenue Authority, health insurance companies and Czech Social Security Administration (CSSA),
  • filling and submitting all tax returns and tax reports,
  • filling reports submitted by self-employed persons to health insurance companies and CSSA,
  • running the complete wages administration.

Non-profit organizations

Bookkeeping in non-profit organizations (associations, foundations and endowment funds, institutions and other non-governmental organizations) and the calculation of their tax liabilities differ from those of the regular entrepreneurs in certain aspects. We are ready to share our experience in the non-profit sector with you in the following areas:

  • keep your books and provide you with our assistance in this area,
  • filling and submitting your tax returns and reports,
  • represent you in negotiations with the Revenue Authority and insurance companies,
  • running your complete wages administration,
  • submit your financial statements to your founders,
  • keep records of and account for subsidies and grants from the state budget and EU funds,
  • work out or amend your Articles of incorporation.
